Group Meditation Night

Come together with a like-minded community and explore the power to heal, ground, center, balance and restore through guided meditation and sound healing.

For March we will be focusing on grounding your energy and creating a stronger connection to the earth. We will be working with the root chakra and the earth star chakra.

What to expect: Arrive at 6pm. Grab some hot tea or some water and begin to relax.

Jessica will begin by taking everyone through a smudging process (this will be done outside and will be a quick process) to help clear everyone of daily distractions and any energies that are not yours so that you can get more centered, deepen into your mediation practice and receive more healing during this time. Jessica will use sage smoke to cleanse each person’s auric field while standing outdoors to release anything that is not your energy. There will be some further steps…
